The internal quality Assurance Cell was established in 2023 – 24, at Government Degree College as a post accreditation quality sustenance measure. The IQAC has been constituted as per the recommendations of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of institutions and to promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.

        The internal quality Assurance Cell of Government degree college Gajapathinagaram was formed with the concept to direct the efforts and measures of the institution towards academic excellence and progress. The IQAC assures the stakeholders ie. Students , parents , teachers, staff, management, funding agencies and society in general- of the accountability and transparency in the quality management system of the institution and its concern for ensuring quality of education being imported. IQAC enables us to reach our objectives by constantly evaluating our performances accrediting the quality of education and upgrading the bench mark to scale up the education. We hope your feedback and suggestions will help IQAC develop further in its endeavor of creation, sustains and enhancement of quality in the college.
